The Federation of Industries of Espírito Santo (Findes, Federação das Indústrias do Estado do Espírito Santo (Findes) is a pivotal institution representing and supporting the industrial sector in Espírito Santo, Brazil. Established in 1958, Findes leads a network of integrated entities that drive economic development, innovation, and industrial competitiveness across the state.

Findes has six institutions, which work in an integrated way for the development of the Espírito Santo industry. Findes, Sesi, Senai, IEL, Ideies and Cindes act in defense of the interests of industries, offering services and products to associated companies and to society in general.
